By accessing or using the Delyoo Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with the Delyoo Customer Terms and App Terms of Use and, where applicable, the Delper Agreement and any Gig Service Agreement.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed through Delyoo, including information relating to Customers; Delpers and prospective Delpers; website visitors; mobile application users; individuals communicating with Delyoo; individuals participating in promotions, surveys, support requests, or research; and individuals whose information is provided to Delyoo by another user in connection with a Gig or other legitimate use of the Platform.
A “Customer” is a person who requests or purchases services through Delyoo.
A “Delper” is an independent service provider who may offer or perform services through the Delyoo marketplace.
A “Gig” means a request, task, service engagement, delivery, project, or other transaction arranged or facilitated through the Delyoo Platform.
This Privacy Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of Delpers, Customers, or unrelated third parties.
2. Personal Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use Delyoo, the features you use, your location, and whether you are a Customer or a Delper.
2.1 Account and identity information
First and last name; username or display name; email address; telephone number; account identifier; profile photograph; date of birth or age confirmation; account status; authentication credentials or tokens; language and communication preferences; and information associated with third-party login providers.
Passwords are stored using secure cryptographic methods rather than in readable form.
Where third-party authentication services are used, such as Apple or Google, we may receive identifiers and account information permitted by the user and the provider.
2.2 Customer profile information
Profile information; service preferences; addresses associated with a Gig; instructions for Delpers; preferred communication methods; saved locations; accessibility-related requests voluntarily provided; and information necessary to complete a requested Gig.
Customers should not provide unnecessary sensitive personal information through Gig descriptions or chat.
2.3 Delper information
If you register or apply to become a Delper, we may collect: legal name; contact information; date of birth; business name and entity information; tax-related information; eligibility information; work categories; skills and experience; availability; service areas; licenses, certifications, and permits; insurance information and certificates of insurance; vehicle information where relevant; photographs; profile description; work history on Delyoo; ratings and reviews; Gig completion data; earnings information; payout information; identity verification status; and background screening status where applicable.
Some information is collected directly by third-party verification, background screening, banking, payment, or identity-verification providers. Where possible, Delyoo receives a result or status rather than the underlying identity documents.
2.4 Gig information
Gig description; requested service; location; date and time; estimated duration; price; offers and bids; acceptance information; completion status; photographs and attachments; instructions; messages; cancellations; disputes; refunds; safety reports; reviews and ratings; and information concerning performance of the Gig.
2.5 Device and technical information
IP address; device type; operating system; browser; device identifiers; app version; language; time zone; network information; session information; login timestamps; screens viewed; features used; referral information; crash reports; diagnostics; performance information; and security logs.
2.6 Information from other sources
We may receive information from Customers; Delpers; payment providers; identity verification providers; background screening providers; insurance providers; authentication providers; fraud prevention services; public databases; business, marketing, and referral partners; government or regulatory sources; and other users. We may combine this information with information we already maintain where permitted by law.
3. Identity and Safety Verification
To protect Customers, Delpers, and the Platform, we may perform or facilitate identity and safety verification, which may include identity verification; telephone and email verification; government-issued identification verification; selfie or facial matching verification; background checks; driving record checks; professional license verification; insurance verification; fraud screening; and account integrity checks.
Verification is performed by third-party providers acting on our behalf or as independent consumer reporting agencies. Delyoo does not necessarily receive or permanently retain all underlying verification information processed by those providers.
Verification status displayed on the Platform is an informational display of the specific check described, from the source and as-of date supplied with the record. Delyoo does not independently assess credibility, character, competence, insurance coverage, licensing status, safety, quality, or future conduct. A badge or verification label is not a recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee.
4. Background Checks and Consumer Reports (FCRA)
Where Delyoo obtains a background check, criminal history report, driving record, or similar report about a Delper or prospective Delper from a consumer reporting agency, that report is a consumer report under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., and may also be an investigative consumer report under state law.
Before obtaining such a report, Delyoo will provide a clear and conspicuous written disclosure in a separate document consisting solely of that disclosure, and will obtain your written authorization. That disclosure and authorization are provided outside this Privacy Policy and outside the Delper Agreement.
Where Delyoo takes an adverse action based in whole or in part on a consumer report — including declining to activate, restricting, suspending, or deactivating a Delper account — Delyoo will follow the FCRA adverse action process:
- a pre-adverse action notice, together with a copy of the report and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act;
- a reasonable period in which you may review the report and dispute its accuracy or completeness with the consumer reporting agency;
- an adverse action notice identifying the consumer reporting agency, stating that the agency did not make the decision, and describing your right to obtain a free copy of the report and to dispute its accuracy.
California residents receive the additional notices and rights required by the Investigative Consumer Reporting Agencies Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1786 et seq.) and the Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1785 et seq.), including the right to request a copy of any report obtained.
Residents of other states receive any additional notices their state law requires.
Disputes about the accuracy of a consumer report should be directed to the consumer reporting agency that prepared it. The agency's identity and contact information are provided in the applicable notice. You may also contact us at contact@delyoo.com and we will direct you to the appropriate agency.
5. Biometric Information
Certain identity verification features may involve a selfie or facial image that is compared against a government-issued identification document. Depending on the method used and applicable law, this processing may involve biometric identifiers or biometric information.
Where Delyoo or a provider acting on our behalf collects biometric information:
- Purpose. Biometric information is used solely to verify that the person presenting an identification document is the person depicted on it, to prevent identity fraud, and to protect the safety and integrity of the marketplace.
- Consent. We will obtain your written consent, separate from other agreements, before collection.
- No sale or profit. Delyoo does not and will not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric information.
- Disclosure. Biometric information is not disclosed except to the verification provider performing the check on our behalf, as required by law or valid legal process, or with your consent.
- Retention and destruction. Biometric information is permanently destroyed when the purpose for its collection has been satisfied, or within three (3) years of your last interaction with Delyoo, whichever occurs first.
- Storage. Biometric information is stored using a reasonable standard of care and in a manner at least as protective as that used for other confidential and sensitive information.
This section is intended to satisfy the requirements of the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (740 ILCS 14), the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 503.001), Washington's biometric law (RCW 19.375), and comparable laws.
Where a biometric verification feature is not available in your jurisdiction, an alternative verification method will be offered or the feature will not be enabled.
6. Location Information
Delyoo may use location information where necessary to provide marketplace functionality, including approximate location; IP-based location; GPS location; pickup, delivery, and Gig locations; service area; and real-time or near-real-time location during certain Gigs.
Location may be used to show nearby Gigs; match Customers with nearby Delpers; calculate distance; estimate travel time; improve safety; facilitate pickup or delivery; prevent fraud; and confirm that certain actions occurred in an appropriate geographic area.
Delyoo requests device-level permission before accessing location information. You may modify location permissions in your device settings; certain features may not function correctly if location access is disabled.
We do not collect continuous precise location data unless it is reasonably necessary for an enabled Delyoo feature, and we do not collect precise location while the app is not in use except where a specific enabled feature requires it and you have granted the corresponding permission.
Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut residents: Delyoo does not knowingly use precise location data to identify or infer any consumer health condition, treatment, or attempt to acquire health services, and does not sell such data. Delyoo does not operate a geofence around any facility providing in-person health care services.
7. Communications, Chat, and Recordings
We may collect communications made through Delyoo, including Customer–Delper messages; AI assistant conversations; customer support, safety, and dispute communications; feedback; reports; images; and attachments.
We may use automated systems to analyze communications for fraud prevention, abuse detection, safety, prohibited activity, customer support, dispute resolution, and platform improvement.
Audio and video. Where a Delyoo feature permits recording audio or video — including voice notes, voice-based AI features, or documentation of a job site — we will provide notice before recording begins. Several states, including California, require the consent of all parties to record a confidential communication. If you use a Delyoo feature to record another person, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required by the law of your jurisdiction, and you must not use Delyoo to record anyone unlawfully.
Users should not include passwords, full payment card details, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information in Delyoo chat.
8. Artificial Intelligence
Delyoo uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated decision-support systems, and language models to operate certain Platform features, including interpreting Customer requests; converting conversations into structured Gigs; recommending categories; suggesting service requirements; estimating resources; identifying potentially dangerous or regulated work; detecting fraud or abuse; assisting with matching; summarizing communications; providing Customer or Delper assistance; and moderating content.
Information you submit to AI-enabled features — including prompts, messages, Gig descriptions, uploaded content, and relevant contextual information — may be processed by Radivale and by technology providers acting on our behalf under contractual terms limiting their use of that information.
Model training. Delyoo does not use the content of private user communications, Gig descriptions, or uploaded user content to train general-purpose AI models made available to third parties. Delyoo may use such information to develop, tune, evaluate, and improve its own models and automated systems for matching, pricing, fraud detection, safety, and content moderation. Where practicable, we use aggregated or de-identified information for these purposes. Our technology providers are contractually prohibited from using information we submit to train their own general-purpose models.
Delyoo does not guarantee that AI-generated information is accurate, complete, or appropriate. AI output is not professional advice. Automated or AI-generated prices, quotes, fee ranges, duration estimates, distance estimates, and resource estimates are informational only and are not a binding price unless the Platform expressly labels an amount as a fixed price at acceptance. You must review that information before relying on it. We maintain human oversight or automated safeguards for certain decisions.
9. Automated Decision-Making
Certain Platform functions involve automated analysis or decision-support, including fraud scoring; matching; safety classification; service-category classification; identity verification; account security; and detection of suspicious activity.
Where an automated process is used to make or substantially facilitate a decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect concerning you — such as denial of access to the Platform or deactivation of an account — you may have the right, depending on your state of residence, to receive meaningful information about the logic involved, to opt out of that processing, and to request human review. Requests may be submitted at https://delyoo.com/privacy-request or contact@delyoo.com.
Delyoo applies human review before permanent deactivation of a Delper account based primarily on automated analysis, except where immediate action is necessary to address a serious safety, fraud, or legal risk.
10. Payment Information
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Depending on the transaction, information may include payment method type; billing address; transaction amount and date; payment status; refunds; chargebacks; and processor identifiers.
Delyoo does not collect, transmit, or store full payment card numbers, card verification codes, or complete bank account credentials. Payment card details are entered directly into interfaces hosted and controlled by our payment processor, and Delyoo receives only a token and limited transaction metadata.
Payment processors process personal information according to their own privacy policies and applicable law.
11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites and applications may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, local storage, APIs, and similar technologies for authentication; security; fraud prevention; preferences; analytics; performance monitoring; attribution; advertising; campaign measurement; and improving Delyoo.
Where applicable, you may control certain cookies through our consent tools, browser settings, device settings, or the Your Privacy Choices link. Blocking certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.
12. Advertising and Attribution
Delyoo uses advertising and attribution services to understand how users discover our Platform and to advertise Delyoo. Depending on applicable law and your settings, advertising partners may process device identifiers; IP address; advertising identifiers; interaction data; referral information; and campaign attribution information.
Where Apple App Tracking Transparency or a similar consent requirement applies, we request permission before accessing identifiers or engaging in tracking that requires permission. You may change tracking permissions in your device settings.
Where required by state privacy law, you may opt out of targeted advertising and of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising at https://delyoo.com/privacy-choices.
13. Device Permissions
Photos, camera, files, and media. If you grant permission, Delyoo may access your device camera, photos, or files when necessary to provide a feature you request, such as uploading a profile photograph, documenting completed work, uploading Gig photographs, reporting damage, submitting evidence in a dispute, or uploading verification information. Delyoo does not require access to your entire photo library where more limited access can reasonably provide the requested functionality.
Contacts. If Delyoo introduces a feature that uses device contacts, we will request appropriate permission and describe the purpose before accessing them. We will not use your address book for unrelated advertising purposes without appropriate notice and consent.
Notifications. With your permission, Delyoo may send push notifications concerning Gig activity; messages; offers; status updates; security alerts; payments; promotions; and Platform announcements.
Device permissions may be changed at any time through your device settings.
14. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to create and manage accounts; authenticate users; operate the marketplace; facilitate Gigs; match Customers and Delpers; process payments; communicate with users; provide customer support; provide AI-enabled features; personalize the Platform; calculate pricing and estimates; verify identities, licenses, and qualifications; prevent fraud; protect user safety; investigate incidents; resolve disputes; enforce our agreements; detect prohibited conduct; maintain Platform security; improve Delyoo; perform analytics; conduct testing; develop new features; comply with legal obligations; respond to lawful requests; maintain financial and tax records; protect Radivale, Delyoo, users, and third parties; send service communications; send marketing communications where permitted; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
15. How We Disclose Personal Information
15.1 Between Customers and Delpers
Because Delyoo is a marketplace, certain information must be exchanged. After a Gig is accepted, a Delper may receive Customer name; Gig location; Gig instructions; communication information; and information reasonably necessary to perform the Gig. Customers may receive a Delper's name; profile photograph; rating; reviews; qualifications; verification status; and service information. We limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary for marketplace functionality.
15.2 Service providers
We provide personal information to vendors acting on our behalf, including providers of cloud hosting; databases; cybersecurity; analytics; customer support; communications, email, SMS, and push notifications; payments; fraud prevention; identity verification; background screening; mapping and location services; artificial intelligence; software development; error monitoring; legal services; accounting; and insurance. These providers may process information only as permitted by applicable agreements and law.
15.3 Legal, security, and safety
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law; respond to subpoenas, court orders, or lawful government requests; investigate crime; prevent fraud; address threats to safety; protect users; enforce our agreements; protect Radivale's rights or property; or establish or defend legal claims. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may challenge requests we believe are invalid or overly broad.
15.4 Emergencies
If we reasonably believe there is an emergency involving danger of death or serious physical injury, we may disclose information to emergency services, law enforcement, affected persons, or others where we believe disclosure is necessary and legally permitted.
15.5 Business transactions
If Radivale is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, investment transaction, or corporate restructuring, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction. Any successor may continue to process information subject to applicable law and the privacy commitments applicable to that information.
15.6 Public information
Certain profile information may be visible to other Delyoo users. A Delper profile may display first name; photograph; rating; reviews; service categories; experience; qualifications; and verification indicators. Do not place information in public-facing profile areas that you do not want others to see.
16. Categories, Sources, Purposes, Recipients, and Retention

Disclosures in the preceding 12 months. In the 12 months preceding the Last Updated date, Delyoo disclosed each of the categories above for a business purpose to the categories of recipients identified in the table. Delyoo did not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Delyoo shared identifiers and internet or network activity information with advertising and analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, as described in Section 17.
17. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Delyoo does not sell personal information for money.
Certain disclosures involving advertising and analytics technologies may nonetheless constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising” under U.S. state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. Specifically, Delyoo may share identifiers (including device and advertising identifiers and IP address) and internet or network activity information with advertising and attribution partners for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You may opt out at https://delyoo.com/privacy-choices or by emailing contact@delyoo.com. We honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where legally required.
We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age. Delyoo is intended for adults and accounts are limited to persons 18 or older.
Sensitive personal information. We use sensitive personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, verify users, comply with law, and perform other purposes permitted without a right to limit under Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 7027. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
18. Financial Incentives
Delyoo may offer promotional codes, referral benefits, credits, and discounts. Where participation in such a program requires you to provide personal information, the program constitutes a financial incentive under California law.
The material terms of each program — including the benefit offered, how to opt in, and how to withdraw — are disclosed at the point of enrollment. You may withdraw at any time using the method disclosed in the program terms.
We estimate the value of the personal information involved by reference to the reasonable cost to Delyoo of providing the incentive, which approximates the value of the data to our business. Participation is voluntary, and declining to participate does not affect the price or quality of Services otherwise available to you.
19. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable exceptions, depending on your state of residence you may have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information;
- know what personal information we collect and access it;
- request correction of inaccuracies;
- request deletion;
- obtain a portable copy;
- receive information about categories of information disclosed;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;
- limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
- opt out of certain profiling or automated decision-making;
- appeal a denial of a request;
- not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
How to submit a request. Use https://delyoo.com/privacy-request or email contact@delyoo.com.
Verification. We may verify your identity before granting access, deletion, correction, or portability. Verification may involve confirming account access, an email address, or a telephone number, or requesting information reasonably necessary to verify identity. We will not request unnecessary personal information solely to verify a request.
Authorized agents. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law, with proof of authorization.
Timing. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. Where reasonably necessary, we may extend by an additional 45 days and will notify you of the extension and the reason.
Appeals. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing contact@delyoo.com with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond to an appeal within 45 days (or the shorter period your state requires), and will explain the reasons for our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General to submit a complaint.
20. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Delyoo account through the Delyoo application, through account settings, at https://delyoo.com/delete-account, or by contacting contact@delyoo.com.
Deleting an account does not require immediate deletion of every record. We may retain information where necessary for completed transactions; payment records; taxation; accounting; fraud prevention; safety; disputes; chargebacks; legal compliance; enforcement of agreements; and the establishment or defense of legal claims. Retention follows the criteria in Section 16.
The deletion flow may require reauthentication to prevent accidental or unauthorized deletion. Active Gigs, open disputes, unpaid balances, or pending chargebacks may require additional steps, but we will not use those steps to prevent a valid deletion request.
If you used Sign in with Apple, we will revoke applicable Sign in with Apple tokens as required by Apple's rules. If you have an Apple- or Google-billed subscription, deleting your Delyoo account does not cancel that store subscription; follow the store's cancellation instructions.
21. Security
Radivale uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, which may include encryption in transit; encryption at rest where appropriate; access controls; authentication; security monitoring; network protections; logging; backup protections; least-privilege access; secure software development practices; fraud detection; and incident-response procedures.
No internet service, database, or electronic communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
If a security incident involving personal information occurs, Radivale will investigate and provide legally required notifications to affected individuals, regulators, and other authorities.
22. Children and Minors
Delyoo is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create a Delyoo Customer or Delper account.
Delyoo is not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
If we learn that a person under 18 has created an account or that personal information of a minor has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to close the account and delete the information. Parents or guardians who believe a minor has provided personal information may contact contact@delyoo.com.
23. Communications and SMS
We may send transactional communications regarding accounts; authentication; security; Gigs; payments; messages; policy updates; and legal notices. Transactional communications may be required to operate the account and may not always be optional. We may also send promotional communications where permitted by law; you may unsubscribe using the mechanism in those messages.
If you provide a mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages, Delyoo may send SMS relating to verification; security; Gig updates; communications; account activity; and promotions where separately permitted. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. You may opt out of non-essential SMS by replying STOP.
Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Mobile opt-in and consent information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
24. Third-Party Services
Delyoo may contain links to or integrations with services operated by third parties, including payment processors; mapping providers; insurance providers; identity providers; social networks; and external websites. Radivale does not control the independent privacy practices of unrelated third parties. Review their privacy policies.
Apple. If you use Delyoo on an Apple device, Apple may independently process information relating to App Store activity; purchases; device operation; Apple ID; analytics; crash information; and advertising preferences, governed by Apple's own privacy policies.
Google. If you obtain or use Delyoo through Google Play or on an Android device, Google may independently process information relating to Google Play activity; Google accounts; devices; application activity; crash information; security; and analytics, governed by Google's own privacy policies.
App store disclosures. Delyoo provides privacy information to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Our App Store privacy disclosures, Google Play Data Safety disclosures, application behavior, and this Privacy Policy are intended to be consistent. If Delyoo adds new SDKs, tracking technologies, permissions, or data processing practices, we will update the applicable disclosures.
25. Fraud, Safety, and Platform Integrity
We use personal information to identify fraudulent or duplicate accounts; payment fraud; chargeback abuse; identity theft; unsafe behavior; harassment; prohibited Gigs; illegal activity; manipulation of ratings; and circumvention of the Platform. Information related to serious fraud or safety incidents may be retained longer where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform and its users.
26. Reviews and Ratings
Customers and Delpers may review each other, and reviews may be visible to other users. We process reviews for marketplace trust; ranking; recommendations; fraud detection; quality monitoring; and dispute resolution. Delyoo may remove, restrict, or moderate reviews that violate Platform rules.
27. De-Identified and Aggregated Information
We may create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual, and may use it for analytics; statistics; research; product development; business planning; and improving Delyoo. We maintain reasonable measures designed to prevent de-identified information from being re-associated with an identifiable individual, publicly commit to maintaining it in de-identified form, and contractually obligate recipients to do the same.
28. Responsibilities of Users
28.1 Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information; keep account credentials secure; avoid providing unnecessary sensitive information; use Delyoo only for lawful purposes; and respect the privacy of other users. If you provide personal information about another person, you represent that you have appropriate authority to do so.
28.2 Delpers
Delpers are independent service providers and are not employees or agents of Radivale solely by reason of using the Platform. A Delper may receive Customer information where reasonably necessary to perform a Gig, and must use it only for that purpose. A Delper must not sell Customer information; use it for unrelated advertising; retain it unnecessarily; publish it; misuse contact information; or contact Customers for unrelated purposes without permission. Delyoo may suspend or terminate Delpers who misuse Customer information.
28.3 Customers
Customers must use Delper information only for legitimate purposes connected to the Platform or a Gig, and may not scrape, sell, publish, misuse, or commercially exploit Delper personal information obtained through Delyoo.
29. International Users
Delyoo is designed primarily for operation in the United States. If you access Delyoo from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where Radivale or its service providers operate. Privacy laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your country. If Delyoo formally expands into jurisdictions requiring additional protections, we will provide jurisdiction-specific notices.
30. Privacy by Design
Radivale develops Delyoo using privacy and security principles including data minimization; purpose limitation; access controls; reasonable retention periods; secure development; user transparency; and appropriate permission controls. Privacy protections may evolve as the Platform and applicable laws change.
31. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we may notify users through the Platform, email, push notification, website notice, or other appropriate means. The updated Privacy Policy will indicate the new Last Updated date. Where applicable law requires consent to a material change, we will obtain it.
32. California Business Designation
For purposes of applicable California privacy law, Radivale Inc. is the business responsible for personal information described in this Privacy Policy where Radivale determines the purposes and means of processing. Depending on the feature, certain vendors act as service providers or contractors processing information on our behalf. Delyoo does not discriminate against individuals for exercising privacy rights.
33. Relationship to Other Agreements
Use of Delyoo is also governed by the Delyoo Customer Terms and App Terms of Use, the Delper Agreement, any Gig Service Agreement, and other policies presented through the Platform. In the event of a conflict concerning the processing of personal information, applicable privacy law controls to the extent required.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
